Job Summary

We are seeking a QC Executive for Invert QC to inspect finished packaging products by inverted checking methods to ensure defect-free output as per international quality standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Product Inspection (Invert QC) Perform inverted inspection of finished products. Check for defects such as printing errors, cuts, dust, stains, or damage. Ensure only approved quality products are cleared for dispatch.
- Quality Control Checks Conduct random sampling and batch-wise inspection. Ensure consistency in finished goods quality.
- Documentation & Reporting Maintain inspection reports and rejection records. Prepare daily QC reports.
- Coordination Work with dispatch and production teams. Report quality issues immediately to seniors.
- Process Improvement Identify recurring defects and suggest corrective actions. Support reduction of rejection rates.
- Compliance & Standards Ensure export quality standards are maintained. Follow hygiene and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Any graduate or Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Printing/Packaging preferred).1–2 years of experience in QC / packaging / inspection.

Technical Skills

- Positive knowledge of packaging defects and quality standards.
- Understanding of Invert QC inspection methods.
- Ability to identify printing defects, scratches, stains, cuts, dust, color variation, and other quality issues.
- Knowledge of random sampling and batch inspection techniques.
- Basic understanding of GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality reporting.
