Job Description :-

- Position: Purchase Executive / Purchase Person (Project Procurement & Other's )
- Department: Purchase / Procurement / Accounts
- Reporting To: Project Head / Management
- Location: Vadodara H.O., Shivera Lifestyle Pvt Ltd.

Job Purpose :-
To manage project-related purchasing activities, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and documentation control to ensure project execution meets cost, quality, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Project Purchase Management: Handle end-to-end procurement, arrange materials according to specifications, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- PO Management: Prepare, track, and verify Purchase Orders, and coordinate with vendors regarding delivery and payment conditions.
- Vendor Management: Maintain supplier relationships, manage the vendor database, and monitor performance regarding quality and cost.
- Ledger Maintenance: Track purchase records and outstanding statements, and coordinate with the accounts department for invoice processing.
- Documentation:



Maintain all purchase-related records, including quotes, comparative statements, and delivery challans, for audit readiness.
- Coordination: Provide regular procurement updates to the project team, site engineers, and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

- Education: Graduate or Diploma holder; Supply Chain certification preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Construction, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in purchase documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-

- Timely material availability and cost-effective procurement.
- Accuracy in PO and ledger management.
- Proper maintenance of project records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,272.62 per month
