Key Responsibilities

- Assess and Diagnose: Evaluate patient speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties caused by strokes, developmental delays, or neurological conditions.
- Create Treatment Plans: Design and carry out individualized therapy programs tailored to each patient's specific functional goals.
- Provide Therapy: Administer exercises to improve articulation, fluency, voice pitch, and swallowing muscle strength.
- Educate and Counsel: Guide family members, caregivers, and teachers on how to support the patient's daily progress and communication strategies.
- Maintain Records: Document initial evaluations, treatment progress, billing notes, and care plan modifications.
- Collaborate: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including doctors,



physical therapists, occupational therapists, and educators.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure/Certification: Valid state license or certification, alongside credentials like the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Core Skills: Solid interpersonal communication, critical thinking, patience, and acute attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
