Key Responsibilities - E - commerce Executive ( Kalbadevi MumbaDevi location )

Upload product photos and update product titles, descriptions, prices and variants on Shopify.

Maintain accurate product listings, catalogue and stock information.

Manage online orders and regularly track their status.

Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for timely order processing.

Handle customer queries related to orders, returns and exchanges.

Perform basic product image resizing and editing.

Maintain order, product and inventory data using Excel / Google Sheets.

Required Skills

Hands-on knowledge of Shopify and product catalogue management.

Experience in product listing / product uploads.

Basic knowledge of image resizing and editing.

Positive working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Understanding of order processing and tracking.

Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and inventory management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
