Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Associate to support our Email Marketing team in backend operations and campaign execution. The role involves email seeding, data handling, campaign support, quality checks, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth and efficient email marketing operations.

Responsibilities

- Support email marketing campaign
- Perform email seeding and check inbox delivery (Inbox/Spam)
- Upload and manage email data lists
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Monitor campaigns and report issues
- Perform basic Excel and data entry tasks

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good typing skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of email/digital marketing is a plus
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Candidates from Nagercoil or nearby locations preferred
