Salary: Up to ₹15,000 CTC/month

In-Hand: Approximately ₹12,000/month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over calls.

- Assist customers professionally and courteously.

- Understand customer concerns and resolve them effectively.

- Maintain proper communication and follow process guidelines.
