Job Description

Berkeley Hyundai is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, generating leads, following up on enquiries, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and customer requests.
- Explain Hyundai car models, offers, finance options, and other relevant information to customers.
- Schedule showroom visits and test drives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements

- 12th pass or graduate.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling, automobile sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Hindi/Punjabi/English communication skills are preferred.
