makeO Skinnsi is a leading aesthetics and wellness brand offering advanced skin and hair care solutions through technology-driven clinical services. We are looking for an experienced **Cosmetologist Doctor** to join our growing clinical team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in aesthetic and cosmetology procedures, excellent patient consultation skills, and the ability to lead and supervise clinical teams.

**Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.**

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive skin and hair consultations and clinical assessments.

* Develop customized treatment plans based on patient requirements and clinical assessment.

* Perform and supervise advanced aesthetic procedures, including:

* Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)

* HydraFacial

* Chemical Peels

* PRP

* Mesotherapy

* MNRF

* Dermaroller

* Q-Switch Laser

* CO₂ Laser

* Non-Ablative RF Facelift

* Conduct offline and online consultations whenever required.

* Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.

* Provide medical supervision and guidance for home-service sessions.

* Train and supervise therapists on LHR, HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, and other aesthetic procedures.

* Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety guidelines.

* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

* Ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

* Monitor treatment quality and ensure a high standard of patient care.

* Provide appropriate follow-up and post-treatment guidance.

## Eligibility Criteria





* **Qualification:** BHMS / BAMS / MBBS / BDS

* Minimum **2 years of relevant experience** in cosmetology, aesthetics, dermatology, skin clinics, or a similar clinical environment.

* Hands-on experience with multiple aesthetic procedures.

* Strong patient consultation and counselling skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to train, supervise, and manage therapists.

* Robust focus on clinical quality, patient safety, and customer satisfaction.

* Passion for aesthetics and the healthcare/wellness industry.

* Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.

## 1-Year Service Commitment / Bond

* The selected candidate will be required to sign a **1-year service commitment/bond** with makeO Skinnsi from the date of joining.

* The candidate is expected to complete **12 months of employment** with the organization.

* The detailed terms and conditions of the service commitment, including applicable obligations in case of early resignation, will be communicated and agreed upon as part of the employment documentation before joining.

## Working Hours

**Shift Timing:** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

**Working Days:** 6 days a week

**Weekly Off:** 1 rotational week off

**Please Note:** Saturdays and Sundays are regular working days. Weekly offs are rotational and are not fixed to weekends.
