TradeBacked: Finance (AVP/ VP / Director of Finance)

TradeBacked Inc is a specialty finance company that provides asset-backed liquidity to cash flow-positive businesses with over $50 million in revenue. TradeBacked offers secure access to capital that scales with our clients evolving needs. This position has dual responsibilities. First, as an Underwriter, responsible for performing a detailed risk analysis of prospective clients for inventory financing, enabling a sound credit decision to be made. Second as a Fund reporting, responsible for performing fund operations, reporting, and client communication as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaising with I-Banker, Broker Dealer, Investment Advisors, Investors, Rating Agencies, and Insurance or other Due Diligence officers.
Fund accounting, generating reports, managing investors' payments, & commission payouts.
Managing the financial health of our existing funds and other operating companies.
