We are a recruitment and staffing organization expanding its campus recruitment and institute network across Telangana. We organize around 15 campus drives, institute drives, and job melas every month, connecting direct IT companies, MNCs, and corporate employers with qualified freshers and entry-level talent.

Food & Accommodation Support Provided by BK Nexus

To make client onboarding seamless and deliver a premium experience to participating companies, BK Nexus Enterprises takes full responsibility for all corporate hospitality during drives:

- Food Support: Complete complimentary food catering and refreshments provided for visiting corporate recruitment and HR teams throughout the drive days.
- Accommodation: Arranged hotel/stay accommodations for visiting corporate representatives.
- Travel Coordination: Complete local travel assistance and logistics support for the corporate team.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Corporate Lead Generation: Identify and target IT companies, MNCs, software firms, and core engineering enterprises with fresher/campus hiring needs.
- HR Engagement: Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Campus Recruitment Teams to pitch BK Nexus Enterprises.
- Drive Facilitation: Introduce client companies to our network and secure their participation in upcoming campus drives and job melas.
- Relationship Building:



Establish and manage long-term corporate relationships for recurring recruitment drives.
- Drive Closure Support: Coordinate between client HR teams and the BK Nexus operational team to support successful event closures.

Education & Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduation / Any Degree (B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, or any relevant diploma/degree).
- Experience / Network: Freelance recruiters, business development managers, or corporate HR consultants with direct connections in IT, MNCs, and engineering companies.
- Key Skills: Direct access to Talent Acquisition decision-makers, strong networking abilities, and business communication skills.
