Position:* Customer Handling and Billing Staff *Salary:* ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month based on interview performance.

Job Summary:

* We are looking for a smart, friendly and responsible Customer Handling & Billing Staff for our printing unit in Kochi. You will be the first point of contact for customers.

*Responsibilities:*

- Attending walk-in customers, phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries

- Taking orders for visiting cards, flex, vinyl, stickers, brochures, boards, t-shirts etc

. - Preparing bills, invoices,



and quotations - Coordinating with graphic designers and production team for order completion

- Handling payments – Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer

- Maintaining customer records and daily sales report

- Following up with customers for order delivery

Skills Required:

- Good customer handling and communication

– Malayalam, English, Hindi preferred

- Knowledge of Billing Software / MS Excel / Basic Computer

- Punctual, responsible, and well-behaved with customers

- Willing to learn printing products
