Designation: Fire Sales Executive

Job Summary

· Experience in fire and safety products and services.

· Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs

· Develop relationships with prospective clients,



while maintaining existing client relationships.

· Completing orders and keeping customers informed of delivery dates

· Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.

· Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

· Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels

· Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction

· Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualification:-

· B.Tech/B.Sc./BMS

· Fire industry experience

Experience:- 1-2 yrs
