Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, HR records, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents, and other HR-related documents.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and working hours.
- Assist in payroll-related data preparation.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.




- Ensure proper documentation of resignations, relieving letters, and exit formalities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees and candidates.

Preferred Candidate

- Fresher with an interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- MBA/BBA in HR will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of labour laws and HR policies will be an advantage.
- Candidates with good English and computer skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
