Key Responsibilities

- Study and review electrical tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and material/labour estimates based on drawings and project requirements.
- Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, cost estimates, and quotations.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with vendors for material pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
- Review electrical drawings and identify required materials and quantities.
- Prepare comparative statements and costing sheets.
- Ensure tender submissions are complete and submitted within the required deadline.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors,



and internal teams for tender-related clarifications.
- Assist in preparing technical compliance statements and tender documentation.
- Analyse project scope, specifications, commercial terms, and tender conditions.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, BOQs, and pricing data.
- Support the project team during post-tender negotiations and finalization.
- Track tender status and follow up on submitted quotations.
- Perform other electrical estimation and tendering activities as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
