Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Engineer with a Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a valid BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) certification. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of hydraulic systems and equipment at site/plant locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose hydraulic system failures and carry out corrective maintenance.
- Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams, technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic equipment.
- Monitor hydraulic pressure, flow, temperature and overall system performance.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance and engineering teams for smooth plant/site operations.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.
- Work on-site, at plant locations and offshore locations as required.
- Support equipment commissioning, testing and servicing activities.
- Conduct/assist with BOSIET-related safety training and induction for team members, where the candidate is authorized and qualified to do so.
- Ensure team members follow offshore safety,



emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Travel to client/site locations as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders and hydraulic power packs.
- Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to read hydraulic and mechanical drawings.
- Good understanding of mechanical maintenance and industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures for site/offshore operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under site/offshore conditions and rotational schedules.

Mandatory / Preferred Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Valid BOSIET certification.
- Relevant experience in hydraulic systems, industrial machinery, oil & gas, marine, offshore or heavy engineering will be preferred.
- Ability to work at heights, plant environments and offshore locations, wherever applicable.
- Valid medical fitness certification for offshore deployment, where required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in hydraulic maintenance, hydraulic power packs, pumps, valves, cylinders and industrial/offshore equipment, along with valid BOSIET certification, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
