## Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities with educational institutions.

- Establish and maintain tie-ups with colleges and other educational institutions.

- Meet prospective clients and understand their training and skill-development requirements.

- Suggest appropriate training solutions based on client requirements.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with colleges and institutional clients.

- Generate leads through networking, references, market research and field visits.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.

- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed training programs.

- Manage client communication and feedback throughout the engagement.

- Drive revenue generation and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Consistently work towards quarterly and half-yearly business targets.

- Develop new markets and expand the company's institutional client base.

- Track competitor activities, market trends and industry opportunities.





- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services and effectively position them to clients.
