About the Role

Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Commercial Interiors to manage and execute commercial interior projects from planning to successful handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in commercial interior projects, with the ability to coordinate design, execution, vendors, contractors, materials, timelines and clients.

Candidates with only civil construction or residential/site supervision experience will not be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete commercial interior projects from project planning to final handover.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, contractors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Understand interior drawings, layouts, working drawings, BOQ and project specifications.
- Plan project schedules, activities, manpower and material requirements.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, quality standards and budgets.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure drawings and site execution are aligned.
- Manage vendors, contractors and subcontractors and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution, workmanship and project quality.
- Identify project delays, execution issues and material requirements and take timely corrective action.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are available as per project schedule.
- Maintain project documentation, work progress reports, measurements and execution records.
- Handle client communication, project updates, site meetings and approvals.
- Ensure proper coordination between office, design and site teams.
- Monitor project costs and help control unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure the project is completed within the committed timeline,



budget and quality requirements.
- Manage snagging, rectification and final project handover.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Commercial Interior Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of office, corporate, retail or other commercial interior projects.
- Good understanding of interior execution and construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, working drawings, BOQs and specifications.
- Strong vendor, contractor and manpower coordination skills.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes and interior execution.
- Strong project planning and time-management skills.
- Positive client-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and project documentation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field preferred.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to residential interiors, civil construction, or basic site supervision will not be considered.
