Shree Bafna Public School, Meghnagar, is inviting applications from energetic, qualified, and passionate Sports Teachers / Physical Training Instructors (PTI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging physical education classes, coaching students in various indoor and outdoor sports, instilling discipline and team spirit, and training students for inter-school, district, and state-level sports competitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Physical Education & Fitness: Design and deliver age-appropriate physical education curricula and fitness routines across primary, middle, and secondary classes.
- Sports Coaching: Provide specialized training and skill development in core sports such as Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Athletics, and Kho-Kho/Kabaddi.
- Event Organization: Plan and execute annual sports days, intra-school sports leagues, drill displays, and outdoor activities.
- Competition Preparation: Identify athletic talent, conduct trials, and coach school sports teams for CBSE, district, divisional, and state-level competitions.
- Discipline & Safety: Maintain student discipline during assembly, sports periods, recess,



and school events while ensuring proper safety protocols on the sports field.
- Equipment & Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance, storage, and inventory of all sports equipment and athletic facilities.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed) from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Sports Teacher/PTI in a recognized school is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong sports achievements are also encouraged to apply.
- Key Competencies:
- Active involvement or state/national level participation in sports is a solid plus.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and classroom management skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Knowledge of first aid and sports safety standards.
