We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic NDT & Oil and Gas Faculty to join our training team in Mannar, Kottayam. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality technical training and helping students develop the knowledge and practical skills required for careers in the NDT and Oil & Gas industries.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on NDT and Oil & Gas topics.
Explain technical concepts and industry practices in a clear and effective manner.
Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training where required.
Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Guide and support students throughout their training.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Keep training content updated with relevant industry practices and standards.
Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.
Candidate Requirements
Any Degree from a recognized institution.
OGS Certification is required.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of NDT and Oil & Gas industry concepts.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to train and motivate students effectively.
Relevant industry or teaching experience will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
