- Minimum 6 months of experience in a domestic live chat/customer support process is mandatory.
- English communication is mandatory.
- Candidates must be fluent in at least one regional language: Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu.
- Only candidates currently based in Bangalore/Bengaluru are eligible.
- Experienced candidates only – freshers are not eligible.
- Good typing speed and strong written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer chats professionally and efficiently.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
