We are expanding our Implementation Team and are looking for an ERP Implementation Executive based in Chennai. The role involves working directly with customers to implement ERP solutions, understand business requirements, and ensure successful software adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage ERP implementation activities at customer locations.
- Understand customer accounting and operational processes.
- Assist in configuring ERP solutions according to business requirements.
- Train customers on ERP features and workflows.
- Provide functional support during implementation.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams when required.
- Follow up with customers and assist with post-implementation requirements.
- Maintain skilled communication throughout the implementation process.

Eligibility & Skills





- B.Com / MBA graduates preferred.
- Basic understanding of Accounting.
- Previous experience in ERP implementation is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations.
- Freshers with relevant academic knowledge and a strong interest in ERP may apply.
