Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist for Home Loans. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain robust relationships with our existing home loan customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be instrumental in identifying potential churn risks, proactively addressing customer concerns, and providing solutions that enhance their overall experience with our services. This role requires a deep understanding of home loan products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively engage with existing home loan customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to build rapport and understand their evolving needs.
- Identify and analyze customer accounts at risk of attrition, developing and implementing strategies to retain their business.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively, striving for first-contact resolution.




- Educate customers on the features and benefits of their current home loan products and identify opportunities for product enhancements or refinancing options that meet their financial goals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, using insights to improve retention strategies and customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and underwriting teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and retention activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes within the home loan industry.
- Develop and present tailored solutions to customers, demonstrating the value of continuing their relationship with our institution.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer retention skills.
