We are seeking a highly empathetic and proactive General Duty Assistant to support our elderly clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and daily well-being of our patients by providing hands-on personal care and basic medical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily support with patient hygiene, feeding, mobility, and overall personal care.
- Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Manage basic medical equipment and assist with patient transport safely.
- Foster a supportive and dignified environment through excellent patient communication and dedicated companionship.
- Collaborate seamlessly with doctors, primary caregivers, and family members to ensure a holistic care plan.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Some experience in patient care or similar healthcare assisting roles.
- Empathetic, patient-centric approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
