About the role

On-site role in Hyderabad for developers with 4+ years of hands-on Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop) experience and strong AI-enabled automation exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop)




- Build scalable and reliable workflows aligned to business requirements
- Integrate automations with REST APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms
- Develop AI-driven automations including chatbot and agent-based workflows
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing automations for performance and reliability
- Follow coding standards, version control, and documentation practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop)

- Strong experience in the full RPA lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and support

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks

- Experience with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and API keys

- Programming experience in Python or Node.js (JavaScript)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) or Google ADK / similar AI agent platform
