Job Summary

Nirmaan Organization is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Career Counsellor to guide students and job seekers in identifying suitable career opportunities. The candidate will support career planning, provide counselling, coordinate training activities, and help candidates prepare for employment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide career counselling and guidance to students and job seekers.
- Understand candidates’ educational backgrounds, skills, interests, and career goals.
- Explain available training programs and employment opportunities.
- Assist candidates with resume preparation and interview readiness.
- Conduct individual counselling sessions and group guidance activities.
- Coordinate with training and placement teams to support candidate employment.
- Maintain candidate records, counselling reports, and follow-up details.
- Monitor candidate progress and provide appropriate guidance.
- Motivate candidates to participate in training programs and placement activities.
- Prepare regular reports on counselling activities and candidate progress.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in career counselling, student counselling, placement coordination, or a related field.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and job seekers.

Preferred Skills

- Counselling and career guidance skills.
- Resume building and interview preparation knowledge.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of candidates.

Working Schedule

- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Weekly Holidays: 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
