Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Logistics & Dispatch to lead our domestic and international supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of shipments—from warehouse dispatch to final delivery. You will ensure full regulatory compliance, optimize freight costs, manage Custom House Agents (CHAs) and freight forwarders, and maintain seamless distribution channels for both local and export markets.
Key Responsibilities: Domestic & Export Operations

- End-to-End Coordination: Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules for domestic customers and international clients via road, air, and sea freight.
- EXIM Management: Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, liners, and Custom House Agents (CHAs) to secure containers, track bookings, and ensure hassle-free customs clearance.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor in-transit shipments globally, proactively resolving transit delays, port holds, or logistical bottlenecks.

Documentation & Compliance

- Regulatory Paperwork: Prepare and verify all critical export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Airway Bills (AWB), Shipping Bills, and Certificates of Origin.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to domestic tax mandates (such as GST invoices and e-Way Bills) and international trade compliance laws.
- Claims & Insurance: Handle cargo insurance bookings and process transit damage or loss claims with insurance providers.





Vendor & Cost Management

- Rate Negotiation: Source quotes, negotiate competitive freight rates with transporters and forwarders, and optimize overall logistics spend.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct periodic reviews of logistics vendors, couriers, and transport partners to ensure strict adherence to SLAs.

Internal Collaboration & System Updates

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams to align inventory availability with dispatch timelines.
- ERP Maintenance: Log and track all inbound and outbound logistics movements accurately within the company’s ERP system (e.g., SAP / Oracle / Tally).

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core hands-on experience handling both domestic dispatch and export logistics.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in ERP systems (specifically SAP SD/MM modules) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of incoterms, customs clearance procedures, port operational workflows, and domestic transport networks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional multi-tasking abilities, sharp negotiation skills, and strong verbal and written communication.
