We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.
The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, responding to service requests, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools is an advantage. Graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service with two years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
