Job Summary

Knooviq Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined freshers to join our team as Network Cabling & Fiber Splicing Technicians.

The candidate will be responsible for basic network cable installation, RJ45 crimping, cable termination, cable testing, and fiber-optic splicing, while assisting senior technicians with network infrastructure projects.

Candidates with a BSc, BCA, Diploma, ITI, or computer/networking-related qualification are encouraged to apply. Freshers with basic networking knowledge and a willingness to learn practical cabling and splicing are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform RJ45 crimping and termination of LAN/network cables.
- Work with Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A cables.
- Follow T568A and T568B wiring standards.
- Perform basic cable testing using cable testers and continuity testers.
- Assist with network cable installation, routing, dressing, and labeling.
- Assist senior technicians with fiber-optic cable splicing and termination.
- Learn and perform basic fiber-splicing activities under supervision.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic cable connectivity issues.
- Assist with installation of patch panels, racks, switches, and other network infrastructure equipment.
- Maintain proper cable management and workplace safety.
- Travel to customer/project sites when required.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of computer networking.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Ethernet, and network cables.
- Interest in learning RJ45 crimping and fiber splicing.




- Basic understanding of tools used for cable termination and testing.
- Good hand coordination and ability to work with technical tools.
- Willingness to work on-site and perform physical/technical work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.

Educational Qualification

Candidates from any of the following backgrounds can apply:

- BSc Computer Science
- BSc IT
- BCA
- Diploma in Computer Engineering
- Diploma in IT
- Diploma in Electronics
- ITI / Vocational courses
- Other computer, networking, or electronics-related courses
