We are looking for a target-oriented Sales professional with experience in MSME Loans, Retail Loans, Business Loans, or LAP. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through field visits, market networking, customer acquisition, and managing the sales process until disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and acquire recent MSME and retail loan customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and local businesses.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales/disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, approval, and processing.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update lead status regularly.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in MSME Loans, Retail Loans, Business Loans, LAP, or related lending products.
- Strong field sales and lead-generation experience.
- Comfortable with regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Existing local market/customer network will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
