Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment at the project site. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction or real estate stores and ensure proper stock control while maintaining accurate records.

*Key Responsibilities*- Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials and equipment.

Issue materials to site engineers and contractors as per approved material requisition.

Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory records. Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement team about reorder requirements.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage, theft, or deterioration.

Maintain records of inward and outward materials using Excel or ERP software. Coordinate with the purchase department regarding material deliveries. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Ensure compliance with company safety and housekeeping standards in the store. Manage vendor delivery documentation, challans, invoices, and gate passes.





Handle site tools and equipment inventory and maintain issue/return records.

Required Skills Inventory Management Store Operations Material Receiving & Issuance Stock Verification Construction Material Knowledge MS Excel ERP/Store Management Software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc. preferred) Documentation & Record Keeping Communication & Coordination Time Management Attention to Detail Qualification Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in a Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing company.

Preferred Experience Knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, bricks, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials.

Experience working at construction project sites.

Familiarity with inventory software and ERP systems.
