Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with strong knowledge of Real Estate and Construction accounting, billing, project accounts, taxation, and financial reporting. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounts and coordinating with management, vendors, contractors, clients, and CA/audit teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
- Handle project-wise accounting and construction billing.
- Verify and process contractor, vendor, supplier, and site-related bills.
- Manage customer billing, receipts, advances, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Track project expenses, construction costs, material purchases, and contractor payments.
- Prepare monthly MIS, cash-flow, outstanding, and project cost reports.




- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of accounts.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or accounting errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts.
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction / Builder company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction billing and project accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, BRS, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
- Robust analytical, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounts and meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in real estate projects, construction billing, contractor bills, project costing, and customer/property sales accounting will be preferred.
