Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Senior QA / QA Automation Engineer with experience in manual testing, automation, API testing, mobile applications and data-heavy dashboards.

The candidate will work closely with Product, BA and Engineering teams to ensure product quality across the development and release lifecycle. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory and UAT testing for web and mobile applications.

· Test data-heavy dashboards, reports and analytics, including data accuracy, calculations, KPIs, filters, aggregations and business rules.

· Validate data across database → API → application → dashboard using SQL and appropriate tools.

· Develop and maintain UI, API and regression automation for critical and repetitive scenarios.

· Perform mobile testing across devices, OS versions, network conditions and common real-world scenarios.

· Conduct API testing including request/response validation, error handling, authentication and integration scenarios.

· Participate in requirement/design discussions and identify quality risks, missing scenarios and edge cases early.

· Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis and work with Engineering to prevent recurring issues.





· Support release validation and production issue investigation.

· Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage and overall product quality.

· Use AI-assisted tools where appropriate for test-case generation, automation, test-data creation, defect analysis and productivity improvement.

Must-Have Skills

· 3–5 years of QA/testing experience.

· Strong manual + automation testing experience.

· Web and mobile application testing.

· API testing.

· SQL and database/data validation.

· Experience testing data-heavy dashboards/reporting applications.

· Experience developing or maintaining automation frameworks.

· Jira or equivalent tools.

· Git and basic CI/CD knowledge.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Technologies

Experience with Playwright / Selenium / Cypress, Appium, Postman, REST API automation, SQL, Java/JavaScript/TypeScript/Python, Git and Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps or equivalent technologies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Automation testing: 3 years (Preferred)
- selenium: 3 years (Preferred)
- manual tesing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Playwright: 1 year (Preferred)
- API testing: 1 year (Preferred)
