Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Civil with around 5 years of experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing the project as per approved drawings and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Check and verify drawings, measurements, material requirements, and site conditions.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues or deviations.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with the billing/QS team for measurements and work certification.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with consultants and management.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, measurements,



inspections, and approvals.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Good understanding of RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Strong site supervision and contractor management skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

Eligibility

- 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Experience in residential/commercial building projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in apartment/flat development projects will be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to work at project sites and coordinate with multiple teams.
