Job Title: Solar Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Solar Sales Executive to generate leads, meet customers, understand their energy requirements, and sell suitable solar power solutions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, calls, digital channels, and networking.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare and explain quotations, proposals, ROI, and savings estimates.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution.
- Maintain customer records and update sales reports/CRM.
- Stay updated on solar products, government schemes, financing options, and market trends.




- Build long-term relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Requirements

- Graduate/diploma preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales experience; solar industry experience is an advantage.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15000 per month + attractive sales incentives
Benefits: Travel allowance/phone allowance as applicable, incentives, and other company benefits.
