Warehouse Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Billing Executive to handle billing, invoicing, documentation, and day-to-day coordination between the warehouse, sales, accounts, and logistics teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing while maintaining proper records of inventory and dispatch transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process sales invoices, delivery challans, credit/debit notes, and other billing documents.
- Generate invoices based on sales orders, dispatch details, and approved rates.
- Verify quantities, product details, prices, GST, discounts, and other invoice information before billing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify dispatch quantities and stock movement.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, dispatches, returns, and related documents.
- Handle billing entries in ERP/software, Tally, or Excel.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, Purchase, and Logistics teams for billing-related issues.
- Process customer returns, replacements, and billing adjustments as required.




- Ensure proper filing and timely submission of invoices and supporting documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly billing and dispatch reports.
- Assist with stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Follow company procedures for GST, e-invoicing, e-way bills, and other applicable documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and company information.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of billing and invoicing processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally applications.
- Good numerical and data-entry skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a warehouse setting.

Qualification

- Graduate in B.Com, or any relevant discipline preferred.
- Candidates with relevant billing/warehouse experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
