We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and well-connected Business Development Professional who can help expand our business, generate quality leads, acquire new clients, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in architecture, interior design, hospitality, real estate, and construction sectors.
- Generate leads and acquire clients, including hotel owners, developers, builders, corporate clients, and individual property owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and business negotiations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with developers, hospitality brands, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals and coordinate with the design team for client presentations.




- Explore new markets and contribute to the company's business expansion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in architecture, interior design, real estate, hospitality, or construction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Solid professional network in the real estate, hospitality, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
