Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

(Business Development / Customer Relations)

Responsibilities include:

- Managing client relationships and enquiries
- Developing current customer relationships
- Coordinating with clients and the Operations/Control Centre
- Following up on leads and service requirements




- Supporting customer retention and service quality
- Supervising Customer Relationship Executives

Preferred: Experience in sales, customer relations, business development or service operations.
