About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and result-oriented Marketing Professional with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Real Estate Marketing to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of real estate marketing, lead generation, digital campaigns, project promotions, customer acquisition, and coordination with internal and external marketing teams. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, lead generation, and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, media partners, and other external vendors.
- Drive lead generation campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Analyse leads, campaign data, CPL, conversion metrics, and marketing ROI.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
- Develop and manage marketing content, project presentations, brochures, creatives, social media content, and other promotional materials.
- Support project launches, events, exhibitions, site visits, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Manage project-wise marketing budgets and track marketing spends.
- Ensure consistent branding and communication across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, CRM, Projects, and Management for marketing requirements.
- Prepare regular Marketing MIS and performance reports for management review.
- Identify new marketing channels and customer acquisition opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends,



customer behaviour, and real estate market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Marketing.
- Strong understanding of real estate project marketing and lead generation.
- Experience in handling digital marketing campaigns and external marketing agencies.
- Good knowledge of social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation platforms, and other digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing budgets and campaign performance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and marketing/reporting tools.
- Candidates with experience in residential, plotted development, managed farmland, or premium real estate projects will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of marketing activities, understand business requirements, and convert marketing objectives into measurable outcomes.

The candidate should be hands-on, commercially aware, data-driven, and capable of working closely with Sales and Management to achieve project-level marketing objectives.

Compensation

₹6 – ₹10 LPA

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's current/last CTC, relevant experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
