Key Responsibilities:

✔ Make outbound calls to prospects for product introduction and follow-ups
✔ Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries related to services and applications
✔ Explain products/services clearly and build interest
✔ Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up status
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for lead updates, complaint resolution, and service support
✔ Schedule demos/appointments for sales teams when required
✔ Ensure daily call targets & reporting requirements are met
✔ Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during all communications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 12th/Graduate preferred
✔ Fresher or 6 months+ experience in telecalling / customer support / BPO / sales
✔ Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
✔ Good listening, negotiation & convincing abilities
✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM usage preferred)
✔ Customer-service mindset with problem-solving attitude

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
