About the Role

Tansh Immigration is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and lead generation, particularly for the immigration, visa, travel, and overseas opportunities industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain all company social media accounts.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
- Monitor current social media trends, hashtags, sounds, and viral content.
- Create content related to Visa, Immigration, Study Abroad, Work Abroad, Travel, and Overseas Opportunities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Generate potential leads through social media platforms.
- Monitor page growth, reach, engagement, and lead performance.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistent company branding and professional communication.
- Track competitors and identify new content and marketing opportunities.




- Prepare regular social media performance reports.

Requirements

- Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media tools.
- Strong communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to create attractive reels and social media posts.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media analytics and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of immigration/visa or travel industry will be an added advantage.
