- 1. Check machine condition before startup and Perform job setup as per plan
- 2. Conduct first off inspection and adjust machine parameters
- 3. Monitor Gear quality and perform offset correction as per LP report
- 4. Maintain Oil level, coolant and lubrication level
- 5. Ensure zero mix up of parts and management of wear parts (cutting tools)
