We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and support membership sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain gym memberships, offers, services, and facilities.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into visits/trials.
- Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Schedule appointments and gym visits for potential clients.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales and gym floor teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.
