Site engineer role on site to manage projects and coordinate works including civil , electrical, carpentry, plumbing, false ceiling HVAC, flooring, painting tiling etc.

Thorough knowledge to view detailed drawings , technical knowledge about interior work.

Quality Control checking for Carpentry, civil tile work, granite ,false ceiling, painting and electrical work etc.

Prepare schedules, make note of meeting minutes, regularly prepare work update reports in a qualified and organized manner

Job role and responsibility

- Will be working on-site with responsibility for overall and simultaneous execution of multiple residential interior projects
- To handle material effectively.
- Supervise labour to ensure proper finishing of work.
- To execute the work as per quotation.
- To prepare required material list at site.
- Coordinating with the sub contractors, supervisors, general work force.
- Completing the projects in a timely manner within pre-determined budgets and quality standards




- Check site work status and approve labour payments
- To be in frequent communication with the Project Coordinator

Experience, Qualification and Desired skills

- Excellent people management skills
- Two wheeler with licence is must.
- knowledge in interior materials.
- Well behaved communication with clients.
- 5 years experience in interior projects
- Good Labour management skills
