We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a Travel Voice process. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related queries over calls, understanding their requirements, and providing accurate and timely solutions while maintaining a professional customer experience.

- Handle customer interactions through inbound calls.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and services.
- Understand customer requirements through active listening and effective probing.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication throughout every interaction.
- Follow defined customer-service and process standards.

Job Details

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 In-Hand
Transport: One-Way Cab + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working: 5 Days
Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
Location: New Town, Kolkata
