Role description

DQM D365 Engineers able to work with SWIFT API and wider data platforms with specific experience in

Developing Azure APIs potentially Azure Functionsbased

Proving message queuing capability using Azure Service Bus

Good understanding about Payment system

Payments SWIFT Integration

Design develop and support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise applications and global payment ecosystems using SWIFT standards and APIs

Work closely with payment operations treasury settlement and financial systems teams to analyse endtoend payment flows and identify automation opportunities

Develop and maintain solutions supporting SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 message formats

Collaborate with business stakeholders and payment SMEs to define requirements for payment initiation processing reconciliation settlement and exception handling

Support integration with domestic and international payment infrastructures including RTGS ACH SEPA Faster Payments CHAPS BACS Fedwire and SWIFT networks where applicable

Ensure payment data quality traceability auditability and compliance with regulatory standards

Participate in payment transformation initiatives and support migration from legacy payment systems to up-to-date cloudbased architectures

Azure API Development

Design and develop scalable REST APIs using Azure Functions Azure App Services and Azure API Management

Build reusable microservices that integrate Dynamics 365 Dataverse payment systems and enterprise data platforms

Implement secure API authentication and authorisation using OAuth 20 Azure AD Managed Identities and certificatebased security

Develop API orchestration layers for interaction between Dynamics 365 SWIFT gateways banking systems and downstream applications





Ensure APIs meet enterprise standards for reliability resiliency scalability and performance

Conduct API performance tuning monitoring testing and optimisation activities

Create technical specifications and API documentation for enterprise consumption

Azure Service Bus EventDriven Architecture

Design and implement asynchronous messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus Topics Queues and Subscriptions

Develop eventdriven architectures supporting highvolume payment processing and business transactions

Configure retry mechanisms deadletter queues message tracking and transaction controls

Build resilient integration frameworks capable of processing large transaction volumes with guaranteed delivery

Support enterprise integration patterns including publishsubscribe requestresponse event sourcing and message routing

Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to establish messaging standards and governance practices

Data Quality Management DQM

Define and implement enterprise data quality frameworks across Dynamics 365 Dataverse payment platforms and reporting solutions

Design validation rules cleansing mechanisms deduplication processes and monitoring controls

Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues impacting business operations regulatory reporting and customer servicing





Create dashboards and KPIs for monitoring data completeness consistency accuracy timeliness and integrity

Partner with data governance teams to establish data ownership stewardship and quality controls

Support Master Data Management MDM initiatives and critical data element governance programmes
