- We're Hiring – Customer Support Executive Location: Work from Office Gurgaon sec 18 Job Role: Customer Support Executive 6 days working rotational week offs 6AM - 8PM any 9 hours depending on business Salary - Gross Salary: ₹19,380/month - In-Hand Salary: ₹15,190/month - Travel Allowance: ₹3,500/month Job Responsibilities - Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and other communication channels. - Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate product/service information. - Update customer details in the CRM system. - Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and meet quality standards. - Maintain accurate customer records and follow company guidelines.
