We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees across various HR functions. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and general HR administration.

Location: Siruseri, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and working hours.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing and resolve attendance or payroll-related queries.
- Assist with statutory compliance and maintain relevant HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.




- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Manage HR documentation including appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Assist in employee performance management and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee exit formalities, including resignation documentation, clearance, and relieving procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed by employees.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, employee records, and other HR activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to address employee-related requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
