Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Support Executive to support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves picking and packing materials, loading and unloading goods, supporting deliveries, and assisting with GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing. The candidate should be physically fit, organized, and willing to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Picking & Packing

- Pick materials/items accurately based on orders or instructions.
- Pack products safely and ensure proper labeling and quantity.
- Verify items before dispatch to avoid shortages or incorrect shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of packing areas.

2. Loading & Unloading

- Load and unload goods safely from vehicles.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Arrange materials systematically in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist in shifting and stacking materials as required.

3. Delivery Support

- Assist the delivery team in preparing materials for dispatch.
- Support loading, unloading, and handing over materials to customers/locations.
- Ensure dispatch quantities and items are properly checked before delivery.
- Assist with collecting and submitting delivery-related documents.

4. GRN Process Support





- Assist in receiving incoming materials and verifying quantity and condition.
- Support the GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process by providing accurate material and quantity details.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team for discrepancies in received materials.
- Ensure received materials are properly identified, labeled, and stored.

5. Warehouse Operations

- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness within the warehouse.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and material-handling guidelines.
- Assist with stock counting and physical inventory activities.
- Report damaged, missing, or excess materials to the supervisor.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 0–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or similar operations preferred.
- Basic understanding of warehouse activities and material handling.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail while picking, packing, and receiving materials.
- Basic knowledge of inventory/warehouse documentation is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
