About the Role
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day operations and help create an exceptional experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the café.
- Supervise and coordinate staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle inventory and supplier coordination.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards.
- Assist with events, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Pay: ₹215,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
