sAdminister and support Citrix Cloud, Citrix DaaS, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) settingsn
.Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions for enterprise usersn
.Configure and maintain Citrix Cloud Connectors, Resource Locations, Workspace, StoreFront, and Citrix Gatewayn
.Support provisioning technologies including Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Provisioning Services (PVS)n
.Working knowledge of Scripting language - Powershell, Terraform and CI/CD knowledgn
ePerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix and virtual desktop-related issuesn
.Monitor and optimise desktop performance, application delivery, and user experiencen
.Implement security best practices, access controls,



and compliance requirementsn
.Support Citrix infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migration activitiesn
.Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teamsn
.Produce and maintain operational documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articlesn
.Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processesn
